Winterman Asset Management SA are an asset management and corporate finance business regulated by PolyReg, in Switzerland. We hold the necessary licenses to operate as a financial intermediary. Our Asset Management function is provided to clients who wish to open an account and have our asset managers invest those funds on behalf of clients on a discretionary basis. All accounts are managed through UBS Bank.

All accounts and transactions are in the clients name and for the risk / reward of the client. Winterman Asset Management does not offer nominee services.

Our corporate finance function is aimed at small to medium sized national and international companies, wishing to raise funds or gain a listed situation for the company.

Being a Swiss company our strict policy of confidentiality is enshrined in law as well as within our own internal polices.
